To temporarily (or permanently) remove access to a transaction.
Go to the Activity page
Find the transaction you are interested in removing access to and click 'Open'
Click 'Revoke User' to switch off only that person, or click 'Revoke Transaction' if you wish to disable the transaction for all recipients.
To enable the person / people again, use 'Reinstate Transaction' or 'Reinstate User' depending on the original action.
