How do I approve a transaction?

Instructions for MX admins to approve transactions

If your company uses the 'Transaction Recipient Authorisation Limit' field, this will trigger an email to all MX admins when that threshold (number of recipients) has been exceeded.

The email subject will be 'Transaction Authorisation required Txxxxxx' and the email will show you

1) The user attempting to send the data and

2) The total number of recipients.

Click the 'VIEW TRANSACTION' button in the email, or, go direct to MX.

Any transactions requiring approval will be at the top of the landing page

Or, visible from the Activity page.

Transactions can only be approved or rejected from the Activity page.

Once approved, email notification goes out as normal.


If rejected the data will be marked to expire and no-one will be able to download this data
