Linked Transactions is a new Business Premium feature, allowing you to reply to the current transaction with another related transaction, or, start a new transaction that references an earlier transaction.

Think of it like replying to an email; your recipients are already set (so you don't need to find them again) and the history of how one transaction leads to another (or multiple replies) is retained, in addition to all of the powerful audit information we already retain today.

From inside the transaction, you can send a new transaction to the same audience (depending upon your access) or just the sender and allow conversation to take place, so that your follow-up is just with you and one other person (or company).

An external user (typically a supplier) can only reply to the internal sender (typically an OEM); it is up to the internal user to forward this to others.

Internal senders can reply to everyone (like 'reply all' in email).

Yes, from within the current transaction number you can click the linked transaction number to go to that transaction

On the Send page, either copy and paste the full transaction URL, or, type out a transaction number - you must press enter to finish adding the reference.
