How do I download data?

All information about data sent to you and where to find it

When you have been sent data, you will receive an email from update@mymxdata.com, confirming

  • The sender's name

  • The company they belong to

  • Any comment (text) they included

  • The unique transaction number.

The email will also a link that takes you directly to MX.

New transactions will also appear under the Download area. The number indicates how many transactions are waiting for you.

Troubleshooting

Where uploads are very large, the encryption of data will not be immediate and you should wait for the email before viewing the transaction.

If you cannot see data but you have received an email from MX, this most likely means you have two MX accounts for different email addresses. In that situation, please check with the sender what email address they see. If this is incorrect, you need to follow the process to request that your new email address is invited to MX and the old one is removed.
