How to bulk delete / remove users from MX

It is now possible for Administrators to remove a list of MX users based on a CSV upload.

Removing someone from MX means a user no-longer has access to 'Customer A', but their access to other parts of MX or MX+ are unaffected. The history of transactions that they were involved with is also retained.

Go to My Team => Manage Users

Click Remove users on the top right corner

Download the example CSV file.

Add email addresses to the file you downloaded (called remove_users.csv)

Attach this file.

MX will preview all matching accounts that have been found and will show a total number in the remove button.

Any error messages will be shown at the top right corner in red. An example is shown below, where an email address in the CSV file is not found in the MX address book.

If you re-invite (add) a user again in the future, as long as their email address is identical, all of the past activity will be available to them again.
