Find out how to remove (or replace) an existing user

Speak to one of your MX administrator's and they will remove the account for you.

You can view a list of Administrators / Supervisors under 'Account information'

The history of all transactions sent / received by that user will be maintained for audit reasons. If you add that user back to MX, they will be able to see their past activity again (as long as they use the exact same email address).
