What is MX?

An introduction to MX and MX+

Updated over a week ago

MX

Is a secure, fast, one-to-one or one-to-many data exchange platform. Customers pay for a number of licenses to cover both their internal users and external customers, partners, suppliers.

Data can only be exchanged between registered email addresses (users), whether they are inside or outside of your organisation.

Data automatically expires either after a number of days or downloads.

A MX Distribution does not expire or restrict the number of downloads and new people can be added over time.

MX provides a permanent audit trail of everything relating to the upload / download; who, what, when.

MX+

Takes the same approach to data security and audit, but provides a service (workflow) approach, allowing job requests to be submitted with customised information that makes the data exchange (or request for data) more meaningful;

  1. Why is it being sent?

  2. What project does it apply to?

  3. What action is required?

  4. What is the priority?

MX+ also allows additional data / comments / questions to be sent back and forth between all users who are involved, storing everything about the 'job' in one place.
