Cannot see or find a customer

Possible solutions to not being able to see a customer in MX that you think you are connected to

The two most common reasons for this are

  1. You have had your access taken away. You will need to speak to the company who provided your access and ask to be reconnected.

  2. You have more than one email address in the system. When email addresses are changed, MX does not know about this change, so you can end up with one email address connected customer A and another email address connected to customer B. It is possible to merge accounts, but you need to speak to your customer to do this.
